The main difference between apple and windows is that the software used to run the computer (operating system) is different. One result of the different operating systems is that an apple computer organizes and names things differently (not too different but still different) than a windows computer. For example, 'recycling bin' on windows is called 'trash' on an apple. 

But the basic interface is the same -- just point and click. 

One of the reasons windows was created was to look and behave similarly to apple computers since people found apple to be user friendly. 

In fact, if you're doing things like word processing, Internet, games, music, videos, pictures, then it'll look and feel really similar. Well not much they just have a different operating system than a Toshiba or dell computer, they are built by apple just like any other computer they also use the same processor as any other computer would. They do not get virus that easily and they also have fast internet. I have one and i like it better than my dell computer.

and thenn he would stop in in other classes regularly.

and eventually got enough interest in a computers that him and a few other people decided to make one.. then it became a company in 1976.
